I had a Tecnis IOL implanted during cataract surgery 2 months ago. I now have opacity, which I have been assured can be corrected. My main problem is a picking sensation at various locations in the eye (not just where the incision was) & visual disturbances. When I move my eye (especially side to side), I experience a "wave" across the eye, which temporarily blurs my vision. I also experience what seems to be motion sickness (nausea & sometimes vertigo) My opthalmologist has no explanation for the symptoms.
My surgical outcome was definitely not what I'd hoped & I'd appreciate any suggestions for improving my outcome.
