High Expectations for Clear Vision

I have had anterior chronic uveitis in both eyes for numerous years. Recently had cataract surgery and a limbal relaxing incision for astigmatism reduction in left eye. I currently developed cystoid macular edema in left eye. I am adminstering durezol drops 8x a day for one week, then 6x daily for a week in addition to combigan (2x a day) and acuvail (2x a day). What are the chances of decreased vision blurriness occurring?
