Still cant see clearly

I had cataract removed from my left eye one year ago. i am still suffering from fuzzy vision. I have had 14 consultations with different consultants at St Helens Hospital. Each consultant told me something different. All they do is give me eye drops. Stlll do no good. I think that the original surgery did not go as it should have done. I think that I need to have the surgery again. Instead of messing about sending me to see different doctors who just give me the same old story. I just want something positive done.i am willing to pay private after seeing a private specialist who said he could do whatever needed to be done but would not carry out any operation as I was still an NHS patient and had the original operation carried out under the NHS. Someone please give me some useful advice. Thanks. Regards
