I am 77 years old and had glaucoma surgery 2 years ago. Prior to my surgery, other than high pressure, my sight was wonderful. My Dr. told me it would take 2-3 months to heal. It did heal, but my sight is very bad. I continued to ask when my sight would return and was continually told, 3-4 weeks. It never did return. To this day I don't really know why my sight is so mad. He referred my to a "in house" surgeon who told me any further surgery and I could lose my sight completely.
