Had a very bad cataract removed from right eye and not so bad one from left eye a month apart. My astigmatism was greater than 99% of the people on this planet. However, now I can see crystal clear
near, far, and mid-range. My vision now is 20/35 and my doctor said he can give me nearly 20/20 with LRI in his office as I still have residual astigmatism. I'm reluctant to try this because of
dangers of cornea puncture or future haze due to scarring of the incisions. Have 2 weeks to make a decision. I'm retired and don't need 20/20 vision and afraid to gamble on this manual operation
with a diamond tipped blade. The Acrysoft IOLs were 2K apiece. The LRI will be free. Any suggestions ?? Thanks.
