Had cataract surgery about four years ago on both eyes. My general doctor told me yesterday I had a black bacteria growing on both lens. I noticed that it was getting worse every day. Everything is very foggy; right eye worse than left but catching up fast!! Am I going to be blind?? Please help! What should I do?

I'm sure you won't become blind. There are methods of vacuuming such bacteria out from the lenses.

I would go to an eye care center for further observation as well as contact Att. Oginski in NY.

Google him on line. I left his email and contact in previous postings.

Above all, don't fret.
