my cataract surgery 2021

I had cataract surgery on both eyes a week apart. The right eye was done first little or no pain the 2nd was done the following week. Little bit more pain felt on this one. I had toric lenses put in both eyes. Got infection of some sort in right eye. Treated with a lot of medication and drops. Vision was greatly improved. The only issue I have now is the watering of both eyes. I have been back and forth between eye surgeon and my regular eye doctor. Been trying drops after drops. Had the eye surgeon check for a blocked tear duct, painful but no blockage. Both say I have allergies. Been on a steroid drop, not improving, so I am going to try a new drop once prescription is done. Hoping for a better outcome. Looks like I am crying all the time. Eyesight gets blurry as they are always weeping. I do love the brighter site. I no longer need to wear glasses for distance or for reading.
But frustrated with the weeping and constant wet eyes, eyelashes etc. It has been 3 months. Mascara is not holding up well.
