Eye fiber

i had cataract surgery a couple years ago. Then I had to have laser surgery to remove a halo glare around lights. Now I've had surgery again for what they called fiber on both my eyes. They can't tell me what caused the problem. And two weeks after the surgery my eye broke open where the fiber was taken off.
