Dad's recent cataract surgery without the expected results.

Cataract surgery and at the post operative check up, he can only see white from the eye. Why? Doctor said that he will see in one week. He said the cataract was thick and floating. This complication was due to Flomax. My Dad is not on Flomax??? What should we do??
