Cataract surgery

(Australia)

A week ago I had the left eye done. I was told that I would gain good long vision but need glasses for reading. Not so. Now I can read the newspaper but cannot see anything further away than 6 feet clearly. Everything is very blurry.

If you wore glasses before this, try to wear them now for distance - I did and I feel comfortable like that for driving etc. Up close, I have to take them off. Those doctors don't know what they are doing - it's all for the american dollar.
