cataract surgery one year ago.

I had a cataract removed almost a year ago and am very disappointed with the results. I was told I would only need 2.5D reading glasses but I am back to bifocals, the only change I can notice is that things look brighter but I still need glasses to read even normal print and also for driving. Now I am having flashing lights, blurred vision, numerous floaters and pain in my eye! I have an appointment at the eye clinic tomorrow and I'm praying they can help me.
