Cataract op to left eye

by Elizabeth
(Scotland)

I obeyed all aftercare instructions to the letter. Even sticking to a very healthy diet. Everything seemed to be going well until I went for an eye exam in the 6th week. Since the exam my eyes are pink and uncomfortable, especially when I wear the new prescription glasses. I feel when I wear them, my two eyes are not in sync and when I turn my head quickly, I see double.
I have been myopic since my teens. I had varilens for years. This new prescription is monolens. I am on the list for another Op. However, Covid has not helped re having a date for new Op.
I am so disappointed. The actual Op was only 15 minutes and painless.
